1. "Approval Addiction: Overcoming Your Need to Please Everyone" by Joyce Meyer

I believe Joyce Meyer to be one of the very best Bible teachers we have in the Body to-date. In this book, she gives you very good commentary and insight on the problem many of us have today in trying to please anyone and everyone. Many people have been set free from her teachings and I would highly recommend this book to anyone who has this particular problem in their thinking and how they relate and interact with others.

2. "Battlefield of the Mind" by Joyce Meyer

In this book, Joyce Meyer tells us that the Bible contains a teaching that says we are transformed by renewing our minds. As a result, our minds are the battlefield between God, the devil and our flesh. Christians have to know the way to walk in the Spirit, the ways of God and each one should stay away from the wrong way of thinking that could bring one to trouble so that one could end up facing major misfortunes and a troubled life.

As the old saying goes, you are what you think and you will eventually become what you think. This is said to be the main reason why the devil is always after our own mind, relentlessly trying to possess our very thoughts. The devil will always attempt to lure you to the dark side with your mind. This book is said to be one of the best Joyce Meyer has ever written, expertly delivering a powerful and enlightening piece that can be an instrumental in the spiritual development of a person.

3. "Be Anxious For Nothing: The Art of Casting Your Cares and Resting in God" by Joyce Meyer

People find it hard to find true peace in this fast-paced and stressful world we live in. Many worry endlessly about anything and everything. But one should remember that the Lord commands us to be anxious for nothing. Joyce does a very good job in covering the appropriate Scripture verses on this command. She also teaches the reader some ways to apply this in their personal lives. She uses the lessons that she has learned herself as she admits that she also used to worry and complain constantly about everything. When she was able to grasp this powerful truth from God's Word, she then learned to used this to change her mindset and applied the lessons in her life. She says that only after going through these that she settled down and enjoy this life to the fullest.
