How Much Do You Want To Get Paid For Writing EBooks?

By Mark Savage

The information that each of us contains in our minds is something valuable. We may not even know it, but the technical approach you use to perform any task are useful to an entire audience of people on the internet. Many people searching online are looking for your information and are willing to pay for it!

I know you probably are thinking that I am making it sound too easy and don't get me wrong, there is a lot of work that goes into it. That work doesn't have to be centered around market demand or anything technical like that either. You should just list your abilities and hobbies and start your market research based on that list.

The world wide web makes marketing and presenting your informational products to many more people than previously possible. The best part about it is that it isn't a matter of convincing people to buy your products because they are already looking for them anyway. To get started, choose an interest of yours that is easy for you to discuss with other people. It is good if you are legitimately interested in this topic and have a decent level of knowledge and familiarity with it. It could be anything from a family recipe to the way your win poker games.

Just pick one you like and that you know a little bit about and we will use that one to compile your first E-book. Once you have selected the topic I want you to go to a website called Clickbank.com and join as a publisher. This may take you a few days to complete as their membership guidelines change once in a while and they may require you to speak on the phone with them. Get it completed and become a publisher.

The next step is to research how many products are on Clickbank.com that are similar or the same as the product you are contemplating. I know this may sound crazy, but if you find a lot of competing products, that is good.

If you dont find many it could be one of two things. Either you are a creative genius and you have tapped a completely open niche, or you chose a product that not too many people have been able to monetize yet. Either way you want to look at it, you should probably re-evaluate your selection.

Once you have found a product topic that looks like there are several competitors, and it lines up with the other parameters of our qualifications, make your selection. After you make your selection analyze the other products and see if there is a lot of overlap, or if you fall right between any of them, regarding your topic or information you anticipate on providing.

There is another useful way to determine your niche and that is to use E-bay to help you. All you do is look up e-books in your desired niche and see what they are selling for and if they are selling at all.

Again, if you have a lot of competition it is better. If not, then maybe you should go back to the drawing board. Another avenue is to post your E-books on E-book libraries and give a way websites.
