Why Should You Write Product Reviews?

Product reviews can determine people to buy a product. However, when most reviews express a negative opinion, the product will fail. A quality review reflects the customer's experience, being useful for those who want to buy the product and for the company at the same time.

Have you ever tried unsuccessfully to develop an advertising promotion through print brochures, catalogues and promotional offers? Despite your efforts, there are no sales and nobody asks for your products or services. Where are you wrong? Is it because of an inappropriate color, inadequately price, a wrong market?

Most experts say that you must keep testing the market, in order to find the reason why your products are not desired by clients. However, marketing research is an expensive process that could least for years. It's much easier to build a website, to present your products and to ask for feedback.

Product reviews are an essential part of advertising campaigns, having the potential to draw people's attention. Increasing the customer's interest is the main goal when promoting a business. Nowadays, it's difficult to compare products and services, because you hear only good things about them on TV or in magazines. By reading product reviews, it's easier to make decision.

This mechanism is similar to giving and receiving feedback. And we know how important this process is! Most times we say that we're offering feedback when we express our opinion related to a certain issue. To understand what the feedback is, let's think for a moment what the feedback purpose is. Feedback is aimed to maintain a balance, to offer a solution to a certain problem, without expressing a reaction to the problem's triggers.

The customers must know that you, as a sales person, care about them, paying attention to their opinion, issues or concerns.

Product reviews involve comparing statistics and features, answering to questions. People are more tempted to buy a product that is praised by real customers than one they heard about on TV.
